Policies
- Services are billed at a 1-hour ($24.00) minimum, additional time is calculated in 15-minute ($6.00) increments.
- Our service fee starts when we leave our location and ends when the task is completed.
- The first 10 miles starting from our location is free, additional miles charged at $0.555 per mile.
- Cancellation notices received less than 24 hours prior will be assessed a $20.00 service fee.
- Services required outside business hours are assessed an additional $12.00 per hour.
- 88errands will only transport people or pets in the customer’s insured vehicle.
- Payment is required prior to service and is due at time of booking. Any adjustments will be made after service is completed.
- Payment may be made only by credit or debit card. Visa, MC, AE, and Discover.

What is your service area?
88errands is available in La Crosse and Monroe Counties in WI, and Houston County in MN.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM to 3:00PM. Sundays and after hours are scheduled based on availability and require a premium fee.
How much advance notice do you need?
We prefer to book at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. We understand that emergencies occur from time to time so we do accept same-day service requests as our schedule allows.
How long does it take to respond to phone and email messages?
Every call and email is very important. We check messages throughout the day and strive to respond the same day.
The task I need help with is not listed, may I call you?
Of course! We customize services to meet each client’s specific needs. If you have an errand or job that isn’t listed, please give us a call. We shall do our best to assist.
